 Can I track my order?

Orders can be tracked within the US. When your order is packed and ready to go, you will receive an email with a carrier and tracking number. 

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, it is sent to our fulfillment center and it cannot be canceled, changed or redirected to another address.  If we ship your package to the address you provided and it is returned, we will issue a credit for the product price less a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping is non-refundable.   

 

How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders generally ship within seven business days.  During the holidays there may be delays.  For orders with multiple items, they may ship at separate times from different warehouses.  Notifications and tracking information for each shipment will be sent via email.  

Delivery for US orders is generally 5 - 14 days from date of shipment. 

Delivery for International orders is generally 10-21 days from date of shipment but may take a long as 40 days for delivery.  We rely on host countries to aid in delivery, and this can cause delays that are beyond our control.  

  

Special note for international orders:

Import duties, taxes, charges, and/or Value-Added Taxes (VAT) (customs fees) are not included in the item price or shipping cost of your order. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. These fees are calculated at the shipping destination and must be paid upon delivery. Fees will vary, depending on the destination country. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

 

Due to the new 2021 VAT process for the EU, we are no longer able to ship to the following locations: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Norway, and the UK.

Serial Killer Shop is located in the US and all orders are processed in US dollars. International customers are encouraged to pay using PayPal.

 

I never received my package. What do I do?

If you have not received your package within 14 days (US) or 40 days (international) please contact the carrier. Use the tracking information that was sent to you and file a form to trace your order. 

They will guide you through the process of trying to locate your missing package. Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages.

What size do I order?

The measurements of our products are located in the product description. The best way to find your size is to measure your favorite t-shirt 1" below the armhole and compare to the size chart.  

 

How is your apparel printed?

All of our products are printed using top of the line custom printing processes with water based inks. This process makes for an extremely comfortable print, as the ink is absorbed into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. Once you wash your garment for the first time, the ink will completely set into the fabric.

 

Does your apparel shrink?

If you plan on washing/drying your garments frequently, our shirts will shrink between 3-5%. If you do not want your products to shrink - we recommend washing your products in cold water and hang drying them only.
